Registration

 

To register the 6th Digital Earth Summit, please complete and submit the Online Registration Form by clicking the Registration button after reading the information below (If there are any technical problems in your registration process, please contact us at regist_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn).

Registration Fees

The registration can ONLY be successfully made once the Summit Secretariat receives the completed online registration form together with the payment.

Registration：

Participants are required to register for the Summit online. The registration fee of participants will cover Opening and Closing Ceremonies and all scientific sessions, Welcome Dinner, Exhibitions, Conference materials, and coffee breaks.

Note: 1 To get the Member discount, you must be an ISDE Member when registering.

• Banquet on 7 July, 2016
• Lunch on July 7 and 8

The registration fee should be remitted in RMB (or USD) in one of the following ways:

Participant can use the online payment in the user center after registration. Please use the “pay the registration fee” in the user center. The online payment is ONLY for overseas (NOT include China).

Please write your name, registration number and “2016 DE Summit” on your bank transfer, and send a scanned copy of your remittance voucher to regist_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the rental fees.

Important Notice

1. In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt of payment to: regist_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn. For more information please contact the Summit Secretariat at: info_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn
2. No personal check will be accepted for any payments.
3. Participants making payment by bank transfer are kindly requested to state clearly on the bank order which items these charges include: Registration.
4. When the participant successfully registers, he/she will receive an invoice/confirmation from the Summit Secretariat.
5. Late Payments
   If you submit your registration fee after 1 July, 2016, please bring a copy of the receipt with you to the Summit Registration Desk in order to avoid double charges.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
   If you have registered for 6th Digital Earth Summit but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. If this is not an option for you, the refund policy is listed as follows

• Any cancellation notification in writing must be submitted to the Summit Secretariat.
• Refunds will be issued after the Summit. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
