Visa application

 

Attendees from other countries are required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China.

No visa is required for ordinary passport holders from Singapore, Brunei and Japan to visit China for up to 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends or transit.

Attendees can apply for a tourist visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.

If attendees apply for a tourist visa, which will be the best visa type to obtain as long the registrant does not have plans for conducting extensive business other than attending the conference and sightseeing.

To request an official invitation letter, please download and fill in the following form, and mail it to regist_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn

Please scan your passport with the page which shows your own information and email us by the same address.

The official invitation letter only could be issued to the participant who has completed the registration process and paid the registration fee.
