1. For the hotel booking, please download the above booking form and mail it to regist_2016desummit@radi.ac.cn, a hotel confirmation letter will be sent by Dynasty International Travel CO., Ltd. (PCO of 2016 ISDE SUMMIT), upon receiving your full payment.
2. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself.
3. If you come 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, full payment will be charged.
4. Any cancellation happens after June 6th, 2015, full accommodation payment will be charged.
